The PINECL project is being developed by a consortium of eight partners representing Ireland (2), Cyprus, Romania, Italy, United Kingdom, Austria and Finland with funding from the European Commission under the Lifelong Learning Programme 2007-2013. The project consortium comprises five acting partners and three supporting partners who are combining their considerable expertise to design and develop the proposed training, support and social network frameworks. Each acting partner is working closely with a series of stakeholder focus groups to ensure that the opinions and feedback of parents, adult education providers and social and healthcare professionals are at the heart of the project’s development process.
