In the virtual world, people with common interests can be brought together regardless of where they live. Social networks are a potentially powerful asset to rural dwellers and service providers alike. This is the key message that the PINECL project will promote at policy and practice levels. The PINECL project has been funded under Key Activity 3 of the EU Lifelong Learning Programme.
